Jill Karloff is an excellent realtor. When I was looking to buy, it was a nightmare. Apparently everyone and their dog was looking to purchase a home in the same price range I was looking to buy. I probably looked at 30 homes (all across Omaha), and put offers on at least 5. I was starting to give up hope towards the end, but Jill kept me positive and said the perfect house is still out there. Well she was right. We found a for sale by owner and I fell in love. I am now living in the house and absolutely love it. Without Jill's help I would have likely given up and gone on renting for another year. But now, I couldn't be happier.
